Icehorse Ranch Hands
Gillian Browning graduated from the
BC College of Equine Therapy in 2006 and continues to participate in post
grad training seminars. She has been studying Tellington TTouch and TTeam Groundwork,
Centered Riding and Connected Riding since
1995. Horses have always been a passion and while growing up in the
Okanagan, they were an important part of the family.
Steve Hooke is the main support person
at Icehorse Ranch. He was raised with horses on ranches in Clinton, Smithers
and Dawson Creek, BC. He brought with him Bandit, Brownie and Tyke, the Morgans.
They have learned to love Icelandics and their gentle dispositions since they are surrounded
by them daily. Steve's mother Wendy Hooke was still riding at 90!
"Closeness, friendship, affection - keeping your own horse means all these things." Bertrand Leclair
